Besotted!

Little Teddy the Toddler, is absolutely besotted with the new girl, Cora, who's yet to tell me her name....everywhere she goes, so he is two steps behind her.  He tells me she is "Zotic" which I think means "exotic"!  Though where he gets his ideas and 'big' words from I really don't know....


 
I have to practice taking photos of Cora because as I expected she is more of a challenge for me with her very dark skin and eyes.....I thought by leaving the photos until the sun had almost gone down would help, but I think I left it too late and as a result needed flash!!

Fortunately Cora is a very easy going sort of girl and has no problems with letting me photograph her over and over again, neither does she seem to mind this little ankle biter following her around everywhere!

    Teddy and his sister 'Zotic' look really cute together :) It can be very hard to take photo's of the darker dolls but can be great when it works.

      Thank you Dee! It was indeed a challenge, I think I'll next try early morning....if I can drag myself out of bed in the 'early' morning!
      I hope they'll be good friends, she doesn't seem to mind him at all :)

    Adorable Sharon! Teddy is so precious and his new big sis it a beauty. I struggle taking photographs too of the darker dolls and it seems I always have a "glare" on one eye or the other. But, it is good that we all continue to try and capture their beauty. They are wonderful dolls to have in the family. A great post! :) xxx

      Thanks very much Ginger, and I'm glad that it's not just me with the darker children, I will keep at it and see if I can improve. It's either one thing or another here, very very bright sunshine....or nightime!!!!
      And yes, I discarded several with the eye glare, such a shame because they're great dolls in the flesh!
