Valentine gets some wheels....

A few weeks ago I found a couple of these tiny 'finger' skateboards in a craft type shop called Tiger, in Fuengirola,  so thought that I'd let Valentine have fun with one.  She had to take it apart of course, so it's good that they come with spare wheels, spare nuts, a screwdriver and a socket!  All for just 2 euros.

I just took a few photos of her which I'll share here.  They came out very 'golden' as I took them with the sun blinds down on the deck.

I'm sure she really is happy with her new toy....although perhaps you could be forgiven for not seeing that from her face in these photos!!!

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Your Valentine looks fantastic in her t-shirt, wonderful washed-out jeans and bright red boots that are a perfect addition! I think I see a hint of happiness in her expression or at least we know she is liking the skate board enough to try it out! Nice how she is able to "lean" with the board and balance so well. ;)

I love her red plaits and sweet knitted hat too. Hang on to those extra yellow wheels....I have a feeling she will be wearing out the gray wheels very soon! A great post Sharon! Big hugs coming your way! :) xxx

    1. Thank you very much Ginger! I'm glad you see that ' hint' of happiness.....she hides it very well, don't you think!!! ;)
But yes, it's true she has been trying it out, though I did wonder if she's working out how fast it goes in case she gets herself into trouble at any time, as she is inclined to do!
Big hugs to you too Ginger :)

Yes, I discovered it only recently, I'd never heard of it before but my son just happened to mention a shop that I might like! I was really keen to go and yes, found several things that could come in useful!!!! :)
