I already had this particular wig, a synthetic mohair Monique Gold Geneva in Carrot Red, and decided to cut it into a short bobbed style for Lyric. I do like the longer hair but because the Monique Gold wigs are so soft, they do tend to get untidy quickly. I'm going to leave this wig on her for a while and see what I think because maybe I'll reroot her in a similar shade later on.
Lyric looks very sweet in the red wig but I'm not to sure the colour quite suits her? It may be the cut being blunt at the end or it may be it will grow on her.

Thanks for your opinion Dee, I wonder if it's just too 'neat and tidy' for her then? I do like the colour but maybe it would need to be slightly toned down if I were going for a reroot? I will have to wait and see how it 'grows' on me!

ReplyDeleteTell her that I really love her in this wig (which rather reminds me of my Gotz waif Holly's.....but much smarter!) and think that the colour, style and cut really suits her giving her a 'WOW' appeal.
Sweet little outfit too.
(Haven't seen these succulent plants in the Terracotta planter used as a background before. Very smart!)

No, I don't think I've used it very often with the Sashas because it is under the lemon tree which normally is quite shaded, however a mountain of lemons dropped off whilst we were away (now have litres of freshy squeezed lemon juice yum!) and now there's less shade there. Usually with their dark skin, the Sashas can't be seen properly in that spot!!
