This was our view at breakfast time this morning....yes we are at the coast again and the weather is beautiful! It was 28f yesterday and looks like it's going to be another great day today!
I have 14 dolls with me (hidden, don't tell the hubby!) and all my seeing stuff! I am raring to go!!
Oh, that is lovely! What a grest view to wake up to! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you Randomfish. It certainly helps me to get up in the mornings when really I'd be more than happy some days to just stay in bed!!!
DeleteYou lucky thing - wish I was there!
ReplyDeleteHave just watched the Lord Mayor's Show on TV - it's pouring in London. Someone tweeted in that they were watching from sunny Malaga - made me think of you!
I am very lucky, Rosie, as I really am not a cold weather person. I spoke to my mum on Thursday night and she said it'd been very cold...she lives just east of London. I was expecting it to be a bit cooler than it actually is here at the moment, and I brought my cardigans, jeans and socks with me, so it is fortunate that I have lots of summer clothes already down here, because I've not needed anything else!!!
DeleteI hope it's not raining tomorrow in the UK for the Remembrance Day parades. :(
Ooooooooooooooooohh! Me jealous of that beautiful view.....no never :) Seriously though, have a wonderful time with your 14(!!!) dolls and nearly as many gorgeous chihuahuas!!
ReplyDeleteLOL thanks Ronny! Yes, I managed to squeeze all of the Sasha and Gregors into a large shopping bag, then I added three other dolls, two of them are small BJDs and my favourite Blythe. Then I carefully laid a sweatshirt over the top so that it looked like a bag of clothing!!!! That's not to mention all the fabric, patterns and sewing machine.....I think we can safely say that I NEVER travel light when we come down here!!!!! Ahh yes, the Chihuahuas, well it goes without saying that they'll always be with us too!!!
DeleteI can almost feel the warmth of the sun and breathe in the ocean breezes - what a lovely way to start the day! How marvelous it must be to sit there and sew for Sasha !
ReplyDeleteIt really is Janet! Tomorrow our son will join us for a couple of days and then Tuesday I'll get sewing out there on the deck. I need to clean off the table and chairs tomorrow because we've not been down here for a month and everything gets very dusty, Andalucia is very dry and dusty during the summer months!! And then I'll be raring to go!
DeleteHow wonderful to have two houses from which to choose to live in. How 'the other half' and her fourteen Sasha Dolls lives!
ReplyDeleteLOL, only it's only a small place at the coast Kendal, but yes, we're very lucky to have it!!! Especially where it's located, just across the road from the beach. Now, when it comes to the Sashas, only 11 of the dolls are Sashas...the other three that I smuggled in the bag are actually 2 BJDs and one Blythe!!! ;)
