My son Brendan found a tiny sea urchin on the beach and brought it home for me as he knows how I love miniature things! It is just perfect for Ellie, and she is so happy that she has it!
And some 'just because' photos of her, just because I love her!!!
I'm hoping that you don't love her more than the Sashas...... though get the feeling that you might well do!
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty and dainty little sea urchin. Ellie looks really pleased with it. Is it still alive or is it just an empty shell?
Sweet modern floral dress with the green/white stripped trim to match her socks. (Love those thin legs ending with the oversized 'bunny' styled shoes.)
I really don't Kendal, I love them all the same to be honest. When it comes to my dolls, I might love one within a group, more than another of the same group, but when it comes to this little one and my favourites of my Sashas/Gregors, I'd say I love them about the same! I certainly am having a lot of fun with the vinyl dolls at the moment....they're just so much easier to play with than the resin ones!!!
DeleteI'm glad you liked the outfit and the sea urchin and yes, it's just an empty shell, but the perfect size for her.

Its always fantastic to see this sweet little mouse... the fotos always looks like there is a real girl on it.... just waiting to jump away .... :-) I found this shoes in black and white in very small(4,5cm) for my little Minouche Baby from Käthe Kruse
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Saphira, I'm glad you like her, I know what you mean about her looking real, sometimes I have to look twice myself when looking at her photos! I will have to go and look at your baby's shoes, where on earth did you find them? I have had these ages now, I think I got them in a swap with someone from Australia, but many years ago.

Beautiful photo's of the beautiful Ellie. What a lovely son to bring you home the perfect dolly sized sea urchin!
ReplyDeleteJust love her outfit, the pink with the green looks so pretty.
Any sign of little darling number two yet!!!
hugs Dee xx
Thanks very much Dee! Yes, I'm surprised Brendan actually saw the sea urchin as he'd have been fishing! I'm glad you like the outfit too, I enjoy making things in knit fabric, I think I need to make some more for my etsy shop one of these days!
DeleteShe's apparently being done as we speak, so hopefully my #2 girl will be featuring here soon!
