The humilliation!!!

Poor Bailey, could it get any worse!!!!

Yesterday she got the hot water treatment and a pop sock over her head......it dried very quickly in the sunshine, but it looked very flat.....it was lovely, soft and shiny though...thanks to the addition of a tiny drop of argan oil rubbed in before it was dry:

No peeking Bailey, I'm not done yet!!

So this morning I spent ages plaiting small strands of hair and having separated the part that I wanted as a fringe, I decided to add some curlers in the hope that she'll have some soft curls at the front once it's dry:

She's now back in the sunshine again, so hopefully soon I will be able to see the results of all that plaiting!!!

  1. Unfortunately I know that look (though sadly minus the length and braids!) on myself when trying desperately to give some body, width and height to my still baby fine but now fast thinning aging hair.
I'm sure that you'll find that your mummy has made you beautiful again when those hair rollers finally come out.

  2. Now come on Sharon, this is Sasha abuse. The least you could do is provide your victims with a trendy Dollydoodles type saggy beanie to wear during the hair smoothing phase. Pop sock???!!!! They must look like junior bank robbers.
Actually, I think Interpol should be allerted, you might be using rerooting as a front for a child-into-crime operation. You are called Sharon Fagin, aren't you?
Poor Bailey - come and live here in a crime-free, non-pop-sock-wearing life in the wonderful muddy fields and freezing temperatures of Wales....

    1. I think I have to agree, the poor girl, showing her in such a state! She doesn't look so miserable now though does she? And wait until you see her all finished, she's quite pleased with herself......
And it's not half as bad as what one of my Blythes had to endure this week....she had to travel back from the coast inside my sports shoe....now THAT is torture!!!!! ;)

    1. Exactly Dee, no pain no gain....isn't that the expression! Of course I'm naturally stunning so I don't ever have to suffer the main of curlers in my hair or defuzzing my legs for example, but I can symphathise with those who do! ;) LOL
