Younger than springtime.....

The weather is beautiful, the sun is shining, the sky is blue and Brian is playing some lovely 1940s music .... what more can a girl ask?

Here are some photos I've just taken in the garden, they match my mood perfectly!

Hope you're all having a lovely day and may the rest of your week be great too :)

The nectarine tree is in full blossom, it looks so pretty!

Kara loves to sunbathe, she's such a tiny little thing with such dodgy bones that she really needs her daily dose of sunshine :)

Whereas Suki just rolls on her back in the bird poo under the lemon tree.....oh well!

Our red succulent is now in full flower!

And lastly for now, a pretty yellow flower from the daisy family (I've no idea of the 'proper' name as all of these types of flowers are actually just called 'margaritas'!

    1. Aww thanks so much Lynn. Actually the garden needs tidying up again, and weeding, those weeds come up so quickly with a bit of rain a few weeks ago and then lots of sunshine!! But it all looks nice in the sunshine :)

my bees want me to tell you,
that they would immediately coming for a visit, ... if it wouldn't be that cold here.
    Much to cold to fly!

So they staying in cold old germany, softly buzzling in their hive. Warming one another and their queen of course
    - dreaming of the sunshine and the blossoms in spain...

    1. LOL they would be sharing with our bees too Anne! The garden was full of them the other day and one of my dogs, Lucy the Miniature Pinscher was most annoyed, she thinks the garden is 'ours' and no-one, not even a friendly bee is allowed to visit. Luckily they take absolutely no notice of her and visit all the same!!! :)

  6. Many thanks indeed!
Spain's warmth, sunshine, blossoming trees and flowering plants, plus the 1940s music have luckily travelled all the way over to me, here in Cheshire.
Have left the 'little doddies' to Simply Sasha as I would be unable to take them on their walks......although I do have a small enclosed back garden where they could run safely and freely.

    1. Oh the music was lovely Kendal, Brian found a radio station on the internet where they play 30s, 40s and 50s music, that day we were listening to Gordon McCrae (spelling?) and a few others who's names I've forgotten but had lovely voices. I am a child of the 60s and 70s but do enjoy that older music I have to say!

  7. Well, spring is over in Wales. The sun shone all day yesterday but it is freezing and pouring down today. Winter 2015/16 has arrived!

You are SOOO lucky with your little Suki, Sharon. Our dog ignores bird poo and rolls in fox poo instead. He prefers a strong odour.

Lovely blossom, That shade of pink is gorgeous. Enjoy the sunshine!

PS Dee - I think we could manage a wonderful duet...........we could drown out Ronny when she starts bad-mouthing our Gotz kids......
