Thanks Lorraine, and yes, it has been lovely recently, it was 19C yesterday and really mild overnight as well. Today has been dull and threatening rain but just a few spots materialised. I hope she'll not buy too much anyway, as she has 'borrowed' my credit card!
does she need long sleeves in all that glorious sunshine? though I'm sure it isn't hot as it is autumn in Spain, just not foggy, dull and damp like here (though to be fair today was quite a bright day compared to yesterday).
Well it's very warm in the sunshine but a bit cooler in the shade, and our house is cold inside...typical Spanish house, built to withstand the heat but drafty and cold in winter!!!
LOL, no Ronny, you needn't worry, she's not going to be bringing home another Gotz, nor a parrot or Chihuahua!!!! Probably she is just going for a walk because she is a bit young to be going to shopping on her own, don't you think? ;)
She looks fabulous in the 'pink' and I am sure she's looking to buy socks! everyone buys socks at Christmas ;) I love the brunette in pink or red it really suits them and she is such a gorgeous girl Sharon.
Thanks so much Dee! Yes, she could be buying socks, or knickers.....because as you know, the majority of my girls are knicker-less!!!!! I'm with you on the brunettes in red and pink, the colour works really well with their hair colour!
Thanks very much Randomfish! I wasn't sure of the dress when I first made it because it's quite thick fabric, but I think the more I see her in it, plus having added the tights and boots, I think it's beginning to grow on me. It's the kind of fabric though, that if she were a 'real' child she'd be moaning at how itchy it is!!!!
Well, judging by this photo she certainly doesn't need any Winter clothes, boots or a handbag, that's for sure so I'm thinking it's for some small Christmas gifts for her friends or for some better weather for the Sasha collectors living down south (we seem to be OK up here in the middle of the UK at the moment.)
Oh you know what these girls are like Kendal, she probably thinks she's hard done by as she only has the one winter outfit so far.....so I wouldn't rule out new clothes....and she needs knickers of course....poor girls!!!! Actually she is lucky as she has tights on, but my other girls need to avoid climbing trees for the time being! ;)
Oooooh Rosie, tooooo cruel! Walnut Whips!!!! I did buy a box of 6 when we were at the coast, there is an Iceland supermarket in Fuengirola. But they only lasted 6 days.....Yes, I ate one a day until they were all gone. I'm stopping myself from eating the Cadbury's Roses and the Matchmakers that I also bought that day. I daren't eat anything else, we'll have no goodies left for Christmas!!!! And I can't replace them locally!
ooooh my goodness Sharon, you have trouble with a capital T on your hands - this girl is borne to shop - so hide your credit cards!!! She's looking very spiffy in her outfit:)
Janet and Nikola, thanks so much for your comments! Sorry that I've not replied individually to you both, I hope I'll catch up with myself in the New Year! Big hugs Sharon xxxx
Just look at the weather! What a perfect day - so much nicer than here...fog, damp and fog...did I mention fog? ;-)
ReplyDeleteI wonder what she will buy and who she is buying for? Her Mum or a friend?
