So here she is today in her dungarees by TTYA, enjoying a bit of early evening shade.
I'm really delighted with this little sweetie!
Also this week I made a simple summer dress for another doll, but the bodice was too tight. The benefit of having many different dolls is that I was able to give it to another one of my little cuties, my Olivia Kish who is slimmer than the doll it was intended for. The cute fabric was a gift from my lovely friend Sue in the UK. I've got quite a bit left over so will probably make another dress from the same fabric for Dylan or maybe for Bastian when she arrives :)
Well that's me done for the night, I've had too many late nights and early mornings recently.....time for bed!

ReplyDeleteOlivia is a cutie. I am just getting into Kish Dolls. I just bought one, Runa. I got her on ebay. She was a doll from one of the United Federation of Doll Club (UFDC) conventions. She was dressed as the character from the Princess and the Pea.
Olivia's dress is so cute. She wears it well.
Your Iplehouse BID Bordy is a favorite of mine. I have Elin.

I'm glad you like Bordy, she is one of my favourites too. I used to have Elin, she was beautiful but I sold her because I usually have to sell to buy.....LOL

The red wig is a great choice suits her really well , she looks really cute in her dungarees.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful dress and I know the feeling of making something for one doll and it ends up on another one. Just because some trouble measuring, from my part. :D But gladly there is always someone else among the dolls that gladly take over the clothes. :)

ReplyDeleteLOL I believe you Ginger :) I loved the wig on her, it just suited her little worried face, those wispy bits were the decider for me I think! It's funny because I never gave a thought to her being a redhead. I do think she'd benefit from some brown eyes though. :)
